Company Schedules First Quarter 2009 Earnings Release and Conference

today announced that its 2008 Annual Report and 2009 Proxy Statement are

Strayer Education also announced that it will host a conference call to
discuss its first quarter earnings Thursday, April 30 at 10:00 a.m.
